Role: Senior Salesforce Software Developer

Experience: Minimum of 4 years on Salesforce platform

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £32,500 per annum

Working Model: Hybrid (Office and remote working flexibility)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Development & Customization: Design, code, and implement high-quality software solutions on the Salesforce platform tailored to user requirements.

  2. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

  3. Best Practices: Adhere to and promote best software development practices and ensure the maintainability and scalability of the developed solutions.

  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and the development team to deliver projects on time and on budget.

  5. Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions.

  6. Continual Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to ensure optimized platform use.

  7. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for code, architectural decisions, and processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

  2. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Development.

  3. Experience with integrations using both REST and SOAP web services.

  4. Salesforce Developer Certification.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details clearly.
